Automation Software
T. R. Herman & Associates was
contracted in a joint initiative between one insurance agency
acting as the processing agency for a separate insurance company
to convert their paper driven process to qualify, apply and then
bind insurance coverage for their customers throughout the state
of Florida. The end result of the five-year project was a
custom web application program that removed 100% of the paper
needed in the entire process from qualification through policy
issuance and thereby resulting in a 25% revenue increase as a
direct result of the automation.

T. R. Herman & Associates, upon
successful implementation of the above initiative, was
commissioned then by a state government agency providing
specialized insurance coverage to automate their own paper
driven application process for one product line.
Successful production and delivery of the requested automation
was completed in one year.
